Exhaust Pipework & Steelwork for Procter & Gamble Site, Nigeria

Edwards Elite Engineering were asked to fabricate and supply new exhaust pipework as per a detailed specification complete with drawings for export to a Procter & Gamble site in Nigeria.

Fabricate & Supply

The works required the use of our coded welders to weld together sections of large diameter thin wall metric 316L stainless steel pipe. Once the pipework had been welded we created a silencer support frame from S275JR steel. We trial erected the support frame and then disassembled it for hot dip galvanising. All the pipework and steel was designed and fabricated in a way that it could be transported in one 40Ft container but also easy to fit / bolt up on site. A test pack containing all material certification went with the shipment.
